Service Outages & Out of Hours
Virtual6 Ltd always have a critical response staff member on duty, that’s 24/7/365. Outside of the working hours listed above, these staff members respond to critical situations such as service outages. They will liaise with our upstream providers etc and resolve any technical issues. Unfortunately they aren’t able to respond to customer tickets at these times, but will share any updates on our website (when possible) but most importantly, our Twitter page which can be found here.
